Is 10,000 Lira a Good Salary in Turkey?
The answer to this question depends on a number of factors,
including the location of the job, the experience of the applicant, and the
cost of living.
In general, 10,000 Lira is not a high salary in Turkey.
However, it can be a livable salary if you are living in a rural area or if you
have a roommate. In a major city, such as Istanbul or Ankara, 10,000 Lira would
be considered a low salary.
The cost of living in Turkey varies depending on the city or
region. In general, the cost of living is lower in rural areas than in major
cities.
If you are considering a job in Turkey, it is important to factor in the cost of living when deciding whether or not the salary is sufficient. You can use a cost of living calculator to compare the cost of living in Turkey to your current location.
